KENNEDY, Ala. — William Allen Moore, 58, died June 25, 2014, at his residence. Services are 3 p.m. Saturday at Dowdle Funeral Home with John Hunter officiating. Burial will follow at Springhill Baptist Church Cemetery in Millport, Alabama. Visitation is to hours prior to service time at he funeral home. Mr. Moore was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, on Aug. 11, 1955. He was formerly employed with Wood Products as a millwright. He was of the Christian faith. He was preceded in death by his father, Morris N. Moore Sr. He is survived by his wife, Doris Moore; mother, Willie Mae Moore; daughter, Kristy Marie McCool; son; Joshua Allen mcCool; sisters, Linda Mae Barrett and Malinda Parson; and brothers, Morris N. Moore Jr. and Morris E Moore. Pallbearers are Brian Barrett, Ben Barrett, Tony Moore, Matt Parson, Nick Parson and Kris Parson.
