Betty Jean Leonard, 86 of Millport, Alabama died on Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at Decendent's Residence in Millport, Alabama.
Born Tuesday, January 21, 1930 in Kennedy, Alabama, the daughter of the late Samuel Loyd & Lois Beatrice Graham. A member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, she married Richard Leonard, Sept. 1, 1945.
Surviving are sons, Larry (Charolyn) Leonard of Millport, AL and George(Sherrie) Leonard of Millport, AL, daughter, Peggy (Benny) Mordecai of Millport, AL; 9 grand children; 11 great grand children.
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday at Dowdle Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Millport City Cemetery, Millport, AL.
Pallbearers will be Jacob Leonard, James Leonard, Alan Leonard Adam Leonard, Andy Leonard, Todd Leonard, T.J. Remer.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 17, 2016, at Dowdle Funeral Home,
