Billy Johnson, 69 of Millport, Alabama, passed away on April 5, 2022 at Aurora Health and Rehabilitation in Columbus, MS. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Holly Grove Baptist Church in Millport, Alabama with Bro. Kevin Dixon officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow at Paynes Chapel Cemetery in Millport, AL under the direction of Dowdle Funeral Home.

Billy was born on June 25, 1952 in Millport, Alabama to Clifton and Mattie (Foster) Johnson. Billy loved his family and friends. He loved to watch westerns and was an avid Alabama football fan. Billy had a love for dressing and wearing his Stacy Adams!! He was well loved and will be truly missed by his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by a son, Billy Johnson, Jr., daughters La'Sheena James, Joyce White, Alquana Chandler and Marsha Prowell, sister Phyllis Johnson Davis and brothers Clifton Johnson, Jr., James A. Johnson, Seawood Johnson, 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Seawood Johnson, Clifton Johnson, Jr., James A. Johnson, Billy Johnson, Jr., Eddie Chandler and Steven James, Jr.
