Billy J Mordecai, 64 of Vernon, Alabama died on Friday, December 5, 2014, at Princeton Baptist Medical Ctr in Birmingham, Alabama.
Born Tuesday, October 17, 1950 in Millport, Alabama.
Surviving are sons, Randle Mordecai of Dubuque, IA and Tim Mordecai of Smithville, MS, daughters, Amber Mordecai and Ashley Mordecai of Vernon, AL, brothers, Bruce Mordecai of Gordo, AL and Jim Mordecai of Koscuisko, MS, sisters, Debra Hayes of Vernon, AL, Brenda Atkins of Birmingham, AL, Rita Bonner of Tuscaloosa, AL, Peggy Shaw of Coker, AL and Lena Hawkins of Vernon, AL; 10 grand children; 1 great grand child.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Monday at Ebenezer United Methodist Church. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Monday, December 8, 2014, at Ebenezer United Methodist CHurch.
