If you knew Bob, you knew he loved Alabama football and working in his yard. He enjoyed watching his grandkids play sports. Bob was always friendly and funny and the same person every time you saw him. He was well disciplined and always kept his home and work space tidy. Bob was a great cook for his family. His brother Bill recalls how much they fussed and fought with ups and downs but they always made up; they loved each other very much. Bob loved his girls and grandkids. He was a man of few words but when he spoke, it was profound.
