Carey  E. Brewer, 68 of Millport, Al died Friday November 17, 2017 at DCH Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, Al.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday, November 20, 2017 at Dowdle  Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Godsey officiating. Burial will be in Ebenezer Church cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Dowdle Funeral Home.

Born in Lamar County, AL to the late Hobson & Julia Moan Brewer. He worked many years with Weyerhaeuser Company as a Millright before his retirement. Mr. Brewer was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia, granddaughter, Kandi Green, brothers, Wayne, Robert, James, Fred and Bobby and sister Marie.

Survivors are Daughters, Jennifer Bolton, Mary Johnson, Christina Mollard, Son, Cliff McWilliams, Sisters, Lucy Wilson and Kathy Perrigin Brothers. Jerry Brewer, Phillip Brewer and Tab Brewer. 9 Grandchildren Krista, Carey, Amber, Winston, Taylor, CJ, Danee, Jesse, 5 Great Grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be, Don McNees, Danny Hutcherson, Michael Durden, Joshua Clouse,  Darryll Brewer, Dale Gartman
