Carrie Hardin, 46, of Millport, AL, passed away on April 8, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS. Visitation will be Wednesday evening, April 10, 2024 from 6:00- 8:00 p.m. at Dowdle Funeral Home in Millport, Alabama. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Macedonia Freewill Baptist Church in Millport, AL. with Bro. Ken Dawkins officiating and Tylon Hardin assisting. The body will lie in state from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Macedonia Cemetery under the direction of Dowdle Funeral Home.

Carrie was born on October 24, 1977 in Columbus, MS to Michael and Brenda Gartman. She was a 1996 graduate of South Lamar High School and held a degree from the University of Alabama. She lived in Binghamton, NY. and Sidney Montana before making their home back in Millport. She gave all she had to her husband and 3 children.

Carrie is survived by her parents, her husband, John Hardin, children Reagan, Jackson and Mason Hardin and a sister, Sacha Dawkins.

Pallbearers will be Jr. Crowel, Alston Tucker, Ty Dawkins, Donny Wilson, Daniel Hudson and Trey Colburn.
