Danny Lane Fields, 67, of Millport, AL, passed away on March 19, 2022, in Millport, AL. Funeral services will be Friday, March 25, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Dowdle Funeral Home in Millport, Alabama. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service in the chapel. Burial will follow at Springhill Cemetery in Millport, Alabama under the direction of Dowdle Funeral Home.

Danny was born on July 22, 1954 to Brooks and Careolean Campbell Fields. He was retired from Roof Mart in Vernon, Alabama and he loved Alabama football.

He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by a son, Brian Scott Fields (Tracie), grandsons Blane Fields and Brodie Fields, a sister, Sandra Lipsey, one niece and one nephew.
