Denzil Lee Aldridge, 84, of Millport Alabama, passed away on January 1, 2022 in Jackson, MS. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Dowdle Funeral Home in Millport, AL. with Bro. Jeff Long officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service in the chapel. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Millport, AL.

Mr. Aldridge was born in Pickens County, Alabama to Wyman and Maudie (Conner) Aldridge. He was an Army veteran, a mechanic and a long-time truck driver.

He is survived by a son, Dennis Aldridge (Lora) of Kennedy, AL., four grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Norma, a son, Douglas Aldridge, sisters Nona Burleson and Rachel Bell and brothers Edward, Charles and Rayford Aldridge.

Pallbearers are Clayton Aldridge, Claude Bryant, James Patrick, Jody Wade, Mike Aldridge and Charles Aldridge.
