Donald Cobb, 80, of Kennedy AL. passed away on July 19, 2018, at his residence in Kennedy AL.
Mr. Cobb was born on March 24, 1938, to the late Furman and Mae Cobb and was the husband of Barbara Trull Cobb. He was the father of the late Chuck Cobb. He was employed by Arvin Automotive and was in maintenance for 35 years until he retired. Donald loved working, being outside, hunting, and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his son, Chuck Cobb, parents, Ferman and Mae Cobb, in-laws, Milburn and Eunice Trull, and brother in-law, Walden Mathis.
Donald is survived by his wife, Barbara Trull Cobb, son, Derrick (Sheri) Cobb, grandson, Jeremy Cobb, sister, Jewel Cobb Mathis, niece Sherri (Bruce) Swanson, nephew Jim (Dellinda) Mathis.

The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 23, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Dowdle Funeral Home. The Visitation will be Sunday, July 22, 2018 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
Brother Ed Nabors and Jim Mathis will be officiating.
Pallbearers will be John Dollar, Danny Dollar, Rodger Lindsey, and Jason Vice
Burial will be in Kennedy City Cemetery.
