Elsie Alexandria Ridgeway, 90, of Vernon, Alabama passed away January 29, 2020. She was the wife of the late J.C. Ridgeway.

She lived in Millport, Alabama for 43 years and was a dedicated and beloved wife and mother who always put her family first. She loved cooking and sewing and time spent with her family. She loved the Lord and loved life and she was a content soul.

She is preceeded in death by her husband, L.C. Ridgeway, one daughter, Dollie, a sister, Dora Rodriguez, three brothers, Joe Salinas, George Salinas and Earnest Salinas.

She is survived by two sons, Eddie Ridgeway and Dennis Ridgeway (Kimberly), and one brother Bobby Salinas (Irma), 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Dowdle Funeral Home in Millport, AL. Visitation will be 12:00-2:00 p.m.

Internment will be at Ebenezer Cemetery in Millport, AL.
