Obituary
Mr. Fred Durwood Trull, age 68, died Sunday, July 13, 2014 at his residence in Kennedy, Alabama. Visitation will be at Dowdle Chapel on Thursday from 12 noon until 2:00 pm. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm with Rev. Ricky Cash officiating. Interment will follow at Meadow Branch Cemetery, Kennedy, Alabama.
A native of Lamar County, Mr. Trull was born on December 24, 1945 to the late Robert and Linnie B. Cash Trull.
He was a 1966 graduate of Lamar County High School, a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the Baptist church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Polly K. Trull and brother, Bob Trull.
Survivors include his son, Robert Jason Trull of West Blocton; one sister, Jeanie Roxie McAdams and husband, David of Tuscaloosa; brothers Len E. Trull and wife Peggy of Crystal Springs, Mississippi and Bill Trull and wife Judy of Kennedy.
Pallbearers are: Justin Cooper, Rodney Jones, Kenny Ray Strickland, Kevin and Tim Taggart and Mike Trull.
