Grafton D. Trull, 83, of Kennedy, AL passed away on Monday, September 21. 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS surrounded by his family. He was born on June 6, 1937 in Kennedy, Alabama to Gray and Effie May (Godfrey) Trull. Funeral services will be Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Dowdle Funeral Home in Millport, Alabama with Bro. Ronnie Elmore and Bro. Raymond Spann officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service in the chapel. Interment will be at Meadow Branch Cemetery under the direction of Dowdle Funeral Home.

Grafton served his country in the U.S. Air Force from 1954-1958. He worked at Omnova in Columbus, MS., retiring after 32 years. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and being outdoors. Grafton loved his family and spending time with them. He had many nieces, nephews, extended family and church family.

He is survived by his wife, Gynda Trull, a son, Tim Trull (Bernadette) and daughters, Anita Aldridge (Ray), Angie French (Mark) and Lisa Aldridge, Brothers Bill Trull (Rita), Bob Trull (Rita) and sister, Margaret Hodges.

He is also survived by grandsons Aaron Aldridge, Daniel Aldridge, Caleb Aldridge, Jordan Aldridge, Jacob French, Tyler French, Trey Aldridge, Alan Aldridge, Austyn Trull and granddaughter Alex Trull. He also had 6 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Banks Trull, a sister, Ethel Vann and infant daughter Tina Michelle Trull.
