Obituary

Granville Leroy Cook, formally of Millport, Al passed away May 16, 2020 at The Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Ocala Fl. He was born on May 10, 1940 to the late Woodrow and Eunice Cook.

Mr. Cook was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Marilyn June Cook.
He is survived by his daughters Angela Terrell (Raymond) of Ocala Fl and Shelia Cook of Newington Ct.  He is also survived by 3 grandchildren Raelin Terrell, Jessica Thomas and Matthew Thomas.  Mr Cook also had 3 great grandchildren. He is survived by a brother Jimmy Cook and 3 sisters Martha Jean Elmore, Alice Fields and Diane Holley.
Services will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Friday May 22, 2020 at Dowdle Funeral Home in Millport Al.
Visitation will be from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with burial at Paynes Chapel.
