Hazel Francis Parker, 95, of Millport, Alabama passed away on Friday, January 2, 2026 at Fayette Medical Center in Fayette, Alabama. There will be a visitation on Sunday, January 4, 2026 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Dowdle Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday, January 5, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with viewing one hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Higdon Cemetery in Kennedy, Alabama.

Francis was born July 2, 1930 to Perry and Hattie Porter in Millport, Alabama. She loved to spend time in her garden tending to her flowers. She enjoyed hunting, fishing and listening to gospel music.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Merle Driver; and four brothers, Clayton Porter, Cleon Porter, Junior Porter, and Floyd Porter.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Parker; daughter, Renee West (Danny); son, Doug Bobbitt; sister, Alice Hudgens; grandchildren, Christy West and  Tiffany West; and great-grandchild, Josiah West.
