Inez Johnson Bobbitt, 92, Millport, AL went home to be with her Lord and Savior on November 2, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS. Funeral services will be November 5, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Dowdle Funeral Home in Millport, AL. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service in the chapel. Interment will be at Kennedy City Cemetery with Dowdle Funeral Home directing.

Inez was born on November 19, 1927 in Lamar County, Alabama to Nolan and Wilma (Godfrey) Johnson. She loved the Lord and her family. She was the oldest member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and she loved her church family dearly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Bobbitt, two brothers, Hershel and Howard Johnson, three sisters, Kathryn Crowe, Minnie Hudson and Pearl Plyler.

She leaves behind two daughters, Rebecca Watkins and Genise Zaiontz (Bobby), grandsons Tim Watkins (Becky) and Ryan Watkins (Pam), great-grandchildren Andrew Watkins (Jessica), Kella Smith (Josh) Kaci Watkins and Hunter Watkins. Great-great grandchildren Copen Johnston, Kaylen Johnston, Hazeleigh Smith and Carlee Watkins.

Pallbearers are Tim Watkins, Ryan Watkins, Bobby Zaiontz, Jimmy Crowe, Olen Hudson and Bill Hollinger,

Honorary Pallbearer is Jeremy Whitten.
