Obituary
MILLPORT, Ala. — Irvin L. Conklan Jr., 65, died April 11, 2015, at Generations of Vernon in Vernon, Alabama. Services are 7 p.m. Wednesday at Dowdle Funeral Home with Ed Nabors officiating. Interment will be at Kennedy City Cemetery. Visitation is two hours before service time at the funeral home. Mr. Conklan was born in Millport on Dec. 23, 1949, to Irvin Sr. and the late Hazel Conklan. In addition to his father, he is survived by brothers, Edwin Conklan of Kennedy, Alabama, David Conklan of Millport and Steve Conklan of Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
