Obituary
Mr. James Wade Cook, 69 of Fayette, Alabama died on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at Druid City Hospital in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Born Monday, March 14, 1949 in Millport, Alabama to the late Mr. David W. Cook and Mrs. Mary Mordecai Cook. Mr. James is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, David Wayne Cook.
Surviving are brother, Roger Cook (Fayette AL), sister, Linda Cunningham (Texas).
A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday June 16, 2018 at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Millport, AL.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM on Saturday, June 16, 2018, at Dowdle Funeral Home Chapel.
