Jennifer Coggin Herren, born on October 9, 1962 in Paragould, AR, passed away suddenly on February 17, 2025. Jennifer was a devoted wife of 41 years, loving mother, proud Granna, beloved sister and friend who loved every moment spent with her people.

Jennifer was an Auburn Pharmacy School graduate who enjoyed cheering on the Tigers and sunny days spent at the beach or poolside. She leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter. Her memory will be cherished by her husband, children, grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Karen Milner Coggin, her father, James Wilburn Coggin, and her father-in-law, James Robert Herren. She is survived by her husband, Vic Herren; her daughters, Caroline (Jimmy) Sweeney, Emma (Jake) Mitchell, Hannah (Ryan) Howton, Maggie (Sam) Dowdle; her grandchildren, Lily and Asher Mitchell, and baby Howton on the way; her siblings, Lincoln (Pam) Coggin, Tisha (Darren) Clay, Casey (Kristi) Coggin, and Ben (LeEllen) Coggin; mother-in-law, Jeanette Tucker Herren; sisters-in-law, Teresa (Trent) Mobley, and Angie (Kevin) Sandlin; brother-in-law, Jamie (Bernice) Herren; and countless nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

A celebration of Jennifer's life will be held on Sunday, February 23 at Central Church in Fayette, AL. Visitation will take place from 1:00 to 3:00 PM, followed by the service at 3:00 PM. All services will be under the direction of Dowdle Funeral Home in Millport, AL.

Jennifer will be remembered for her loving heart, her joyful spirit, and the light she brought to everyone around her.
