Jerome Williams, 59, of Millport, AL, passed away on January 16, 2024, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, MS. Funeral services will be Friday, January 19, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Dowdle Funeral Home in Millport, AL  with Bro. Jeff Long officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service in the chapel. Burial will follow at Millport City Cemetery.

Jerome loved music and was a local DJ for several years as Romeo's Karaoke. He liked to hunt and fish and worked at Beloit Manhattan, where he got the nickname "Blue".

He is preceded in death by his father, James Douglas Williams. He is survived by his mother, Devorah Burroughs, a daughter, Megan Stapp (Jacob), step-mother, Wanda Williams, Brothers Thomas Burroughs and Brad Williams, a sister, Kizanne Pennington and two grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Stapp, Rondall Pennington, Brad Williams, Grant Williams, Doug Blanton, Dalton Williams.
