JoAnn White, 82, of Millport, Al, passed away on March 15, 2021, at her residence. Funeral services will be Thursday, March 18, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Dowdle Funeral Home in Millport, Al, with Bro. Gary Seay officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Interment will be at Ebenezer Cemetery in Millport, Al.

JoAnn was a life-long resident of Millport, Al. She loved everyone and loved to spend time with her family, her three treasured daughters and  especially grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also loved to read and she never missed the opportunity to go somewhere with her girls.

She is survived by daughters Kathy Trull (Mike), Rita Fortner and Wanda Cunningham (Roger), a sister, Mary Ann Blanton, a brother, James Baswell, 5 grandchildren and 14 great grand children.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James Floyd Baswell and Louise (Cook) Baswell, her husband, Thomas Lowell White, a son, Danny Lowell White and a brother, Jerry Baswell.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Cunningham, Chris Cunningham, Anthony Fortner, Brad Johnson, Brent Mitchell, Hunter Cunningham, Tyler Cunningham and Jonathan Cunningham.
