Joe Robert Crowley, 77 of Kennedy, Alabama died on Sunday, May 8, 2016, at South AL Medical Center in Dothan, Alabama.
Born Wednesday, October 26, 1938 in Kennedy, Alabama, to the Late Paulie and Ada Trull Crowley. A graduate of Kennedy High School he served in the US Army and worked many years at Omnova in Columbus, Ms before his retirement. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jane Davis.He was a member of Kennedy Baptist Church
Surviving are daughters, Gina (Thomas) Campbell and Leah (Donald) Thomas, brothers, Jimmy (Faye) Crowley, Don (Ruth) Crowley and Gary (Mashella) Crowley Steve (Sandra) Crowley, sisters, Mary Nell Roebuck, Francis Randall and Carolyn (Roy) Lockhart; 5 grand children, Lauren (Davis) Glass, Emily & Hannah Campbell, Jospeh & Elizabeth Thomas.
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday at Kennedy Baptist CHurch. Interment will be in Meadow Branch Cemetery, Kennedy, AL.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 14, 2016, at Kennedy Baptist Church, , Kennedy, Alabama.
