Joseph Lynn Turner, 56 of Kennedy, Al died Friday February 9, 2018 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Al

Funeral services will be Monday February 12, 2018 at 11:00 am Dowdle Funeral Home Chapel with  Rev. Norman McCurdy and Rev. Ed Nabors officiating. Burial will be in Meadow Branch Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 -11:00 am.

Born in Kennedy, AL to the late James & Louenge Crowley Turner, he was a graduate of Kennedy High School, a carpenter and a member of Cody Church of God.Mr. Turner was a member of the Kennedy Masonic Lodge. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Luke Turner.

He is survived by, daughter Tara (Lee) Sullivan, sisters Abbey Gordon (Roland), Nancy Turner and Bonnie Thorton, brothers, Leo Turner (Nancy) and Billy Turner, One Grandson, Landon Sullivan.

Pallbearers will be Jim Mathis, Chris Gilliam, Scott Sullivan, Trey Gilliam, Clay Gilliam, Keith Bryant.
