Judy Hudson, 79, formally of Kennedy, AL. went home to be with loved ones on June 21, 2023 at her home in Jackson, TN. She was surrounded by friends and loved ones. Funeral services will be Sunday, June 25, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Dowdle Funeral Home in Millport, AL. with Bro. Ed Nabors and Bro.Gary Seay officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service in the chapel. Graveside services will follow at Kennedy City Cemetery under the direction of Dowdle Funeral Home.

Judy was born on March 23, 1944 in Millport, AL. to Olen and Corene Barrett and was a member of Tupelo Church of God. She enjoyed camping and traveling all over the country.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Oneal Hudson, husband Johnny Herron, siblings Sonny Barrett and Betty Adams and her 2 dogs, Jake and J.J. She is survived by her two children, Tammy Chapman (Jimmy), Tracy Reams (Steven), grandchildren Chris Chapman (Tiffany), Bradley Reams and great-grandchild Parker Paxton, brothers Larry Barrett (Kathy) and Ronnie Barrett (Linda) and a sister Janice Jones (Robert).

Pallbearers are Ben Barrett, Ty Barrett, Heath Barrett, Chris Chapman, Steven Reams and Andy Mann.
