Landon McGee, 28, of Millport, Al, passed away on October 14, 2023. Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Dowdle Funeral Home in Millport, AL. with Bro. Roy Bush officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service in the chapel. Graveside services will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery in Millport.

Landon was a member of Fernbank Baptist Church and gave his heart to the Lord at an early age. He was an active member of the Millport Fire Department for several years and had a heart for helping others. Landon loved to hunt and fish and ride his motorcycle. He loved his job and operating heavy equipment. He loved spending time with family, especially his fiance', Anna and raising his baby girls. He also enjoyed hanging out with all of his friends.

Landon is preceded in death by his mother, Kristin Jo Jones, his father Mitch McGee, his brother Matthew Jones, a son, Colson James McGee, and grandfather, Truman McGee. He is survived by his fiance', Anna Burks, his two daughters, Ryleigh Cate and Madeline Layne McGee, his grandmother, Nancy Jo McGee, stepmother Tonya McGee, a sister, Haley Marlowe and his grandfather, D.L. Jones.

Pallbearers are Matthew Carter, Devin Homan, Dustin Crowe, Clay Stockman, Jo Stanford, Will Burks. Honorary pallbearers at the employees of Geiger Excavation and Millport Volunteer Fire Department.
