Mr. Laverne Lawrence Estes, 89 of Millport, Alabama died on Monday, August 7, 2017, at his Residence in Millport, Alabama.
Born Thursday, October 13, 1927 in Millport, Alabama to the late U.S. Estes and Mrs. Jessie Vail Estes. Mr. Estes worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers where he retired. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife: Mrs. Audene Maddox Estes, and a brother.
Surviving are brother, Dufay Estes, and Nephew: David Estes, Millport, AL
A Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday at Sharon Presbyterian Church. Interment will be in Sharon Presbyterian Cemetery, Magee, MS.
