Lee Aldridge, 85, of Moundville, Alabama, passed away on November 30, 2025 at his daughter Gwen's residence. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Dowdle Funeral Home in Millport, AL with Bro. Jeff Long officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service in the chapel.  Burial will follow at Higdon Church of God Cemetery in Kennedy, Alabama.

Lee was born in Liberty, Alabama to Thurman and Vera Roberta Aldridge. He was a resident of Kennedy, Alabama for 20 years, working at Central Foundry in Tuscaloosa, Alabama until the plant shut down in 1979. He then moved to Moundville, Alabama and worked as a catfish farmer. In 1983 he became a truck driver for Baggett Transportation with a 34 year career, hauling ammunition and explosives. He retired in 2016.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers James and Jerry Aldridge and a son, Larry Aldridge. Lee is survived by his wife, a son, Kenney Aldridge, daughters Gwen Kelly, Lynn Hall and Lisa Boone, sisters, May Sellers, Geardean Seal and a brother, Wayne Aldridge, 15 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Pall bearers will be Jeff Seal, Tony Seal, Julian Seal, Mark Aldridge, Jonathan Aldridge and Doyce Aldridge.
