Lee M Green, 81 of Millport, Alabama died on Thursday, March 12, 2015, at Fayette Medical Center in Fayette, Alabama.
Born Sunday, October 8, 1933 in Fayette, Mississippi to the late Albert and Louise Mitchell Green.He was the husband of Mattie Green.
He was preceeded in death by sons Terrence Wayne and Lee Melvin Green Jr. and son-in-law Willard E. Sims Sr, sisters Josephine Simmon, Myrtis Watson, and Ruby Perry, Brothers James and Jessie Jones.
He was a member of Holly Grove Baptist Church.
Surviving are daughters, Cynthia Sims of Natchez, MS and Brenda Gaye of Jackson, MS, sisters, Josie M Walker of Saint Louis, MO and Eloise Gardner of Atlanta, GA; 4 grand children; 2 great grand children.
A Funeral service will be at 12:00 PM on Saturday the 21st at Holly Grove Baptist Church. Interment will be in Holly Grove, Millport, AL.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday, March 21, 2015, at Holly Grove Baptist Church, , Millport, Alabama.
