Linda Faye Blanton, 77, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, July 31, 2026, at 12:50 p.m. Funeral services will held Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Dowdle Funeral Home in Millport, Alabama. Linda was a devoted Christian whose life reflected the love, grace, and compassion of God. Her faith was the foundation of everything she did. She loved the Lord with all her heart and faithfully shared His love with her children, grandchildren, family, friends, and everyone blessed to know her. Through her kind words, gentle spirit, prayers, and unwavering faith, she was a shining example of God’s love in action. She found joy in caring for others and lived each day with a servant’s heart.

Whether offering encouragement, lending a helping hand, or simply praying for those around her, Linda made everyone feel loved and valued. Her greatest desire was for those she loved to know the hope and peace found in Jesus Christ. Linda leaves behind a family who will forever treasure her love, wisdom, and the precious memories they shared with her. Although her earthly journey has ended, they rejoice in knowing she is now at peace in the presence of her Savior, where there is no more pain or suffering. Her legacy of faith, unconditional love, and kindness will continue to inspire generations to come.

Linda is survived her son, Gary Blanton, daughters Tamela Howard and Lori Wright and stepdaughter Summer Banks. She will be deeply missed but joyfully remembered until the day her family is reunited with her in Heaven.
