Luther William Rushing, 80 of Kennedy, Alabama died on Thursday, May 5, 2016, at Fayette Medical Center in Fayette, Alabama.
Born Thursday, December 26, 1935 in Millport, Alabama.He was the husband of Bertha Holliman Rushing.
He was a member of Riverside Baptist Church.
Surviving are Wife, Mrs. Bertha H. Rushing, sons, William Keith Rushing, Kevin Lee Rushing and Robert Stanley "Stan" Rushing, sisters, Edra Lee Cowden, Kathy Smith and Martha Bonner; 2 grand children, Michelle Shaw & Jonathan Rushinig.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday at Dowdle Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Old Liberty,
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Monday, May 9, 2016, at Dowdle Funeral Home.
