GULFPORT — Margaret Wharton Joyner, 76, died June 18, 2014, in Gulfport. Graveside services are Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Andrews Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Chester Shaw officiating. Visitation is Tuesday from 8:30-9:30 a.m. at Riemann Family Funeral Home of Gulfport. Riemann Family Funeral Home and Dowdle Funeral Home of Millport, Alabama, are in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Joyner was a graduate of Liberty High School, class of 1956, and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Gulfport. She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton L. Joyner; parents, Travis and Bertha Price Wharton; and three siblings. She is survived by her son, Roger Joyner of Gulfport; brother, Mayo Wharton of Millport.
