Mary Willette Beard, 85 of Vernon, Alabama died on Saturday, November 15, 2014, at Druid City Hospital in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Born Wednesday, June 26, 1929 in Millport, Alabama.
She was a member of Springhill Baptist Church.
Mrs. beard was preceded in death by her parents Will and Minnie Brown McGee and husband Manuel Beard.
Surviving are sons, Gary Beard and Mike Beard, daughter, Rita Sisson; 5 grand children; 5 great grand children.
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday at Dowdle Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Springhill Baptist, Millport, AL.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Monday, November 17, 2014, at Dowdle Funeral Home Chapel, , , .
