Mary Nell Parker, 90, of Millport Alabama passed away on Friday, May 17, 2019 in Millport, Alabama.

Born Friday, March 8, 1929 to the late Troy Shaw and Luella Gardner Shaw, she was the wife of Billy Parker.

Mrs. Mary Parker was born and lived her whole life in Pickens County where she attended Shaw School, Liberty High School, and was a member of Liberty Assembly of God. She was a wonderful mother and homemaker, who loved all of her family and friends.

Surviving are sons, Michael Parker (Debra), Terry Parker (Brenda), and Donald Parker (Lorrie), daughters, Linda Henegar (Kenneth), Joyce Green (Jerry) and Melonie Jolly (Walt), brother, Troy W. Shaw; 16 grand children; 30 great grand children and 3 great great grandchildren.

Mrs. Parker was preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Luella Gardner, and her husband, Billy Parker.

The Visitation will be from 6:00PM until 8:00PM Sunday, May 19th 2019, at Dowdle Funeral Home

The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 20th, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Liberty Assembly of God Church.

Officiating will be Rev. Kenneth Henegar, assisting will be Rev. Doug Blackney and Rev. Dan Finney

Pall Bearers will be Ray Parker, Kevin Parker, Dusty Parker, Josh Gordey, Jake Gordey, Lee Jolly, Ken Henegar, and Kjell Henegar

Honorary Pall Bearers will be Hank Norwood, Bryan Elmore, Joey Kleis, Camren Smith, Colby Thomason, Clarence Byars, Waymon Byers, Tim Dowdle, and Chester Shaw.

Interment will be in Andrews Chapel.
