Mary Jeanette Owens Parker of Millport, Alabama passed on Thursday, August 22, 2019 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Mary was born August 29, 1938 in Lamar County, Alabama to the late Leslie Owens and Myrage Owens.

Mary was considered the matriarch of the family. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter L. Parker

and Grandson Christopher Hickman, brother Jerry and her parents. She is survived by daughters Kathy McDaniels (Tony) of Carrolton, Alabama and

Tammy Daniels (Billy) of Canton, Mississippi; sisters, Mattie Ruth Rogers, Dorothy Nell Watkins, Deborah Long and brother Ricky Owens.

Visitation is Saturday beginning at 1:00 pm at Dowdle Funeral Home in Millport, Alabama with the funeral service at 2:00 pm at Dowdle Funeral Home.

Interment will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Millport, Alabama.
