Obituary

Mary L. Prater, of Millport, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2019, at her residence.
She was born on April 6, 1921 in Wichita, KS and was the wife of the late George H. Prater. She was a long-time resident of Millport.
She is survived by sons George Prater and Mark Prater (Sandy) of Millport, AL and daughters, Sandra Smith, Birmingham. AL and Lisa Collins (Tommy) of Fayette, AL., 9 Grandchildren  and 22 Great grandchildren.
A special thanks to Elaine Luther and Charlotte Crowley for their loving care for 10 years. They were considered part of the family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 2 sisters.
There will be a Private Family Graveside Service on Friday, November 8, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in Millport, Alabama.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to West Alabama Hospice or your favorite charity.

Interment will be in Millport City Cemetery.
