Murel Nabors Cunningham, 81, of Millport, AL passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2025. There will be a graveside service on Monday, July 7, 2025 at Meadow Branch Cemetery in Kennedy, AL at 5:00 p.m. with Bro. Mike Randolph officiating.

Murel was a member of the First Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa where she was very active and in her Triple L Club. She enjoyed traveling with her friends from her church. She worked at Hunt Oil in Tuscaloosa for many years until she retired. After retirement, she decided to go work for an alarm company.

She is survived by her nieces, Janice (Randy) Bittle, Sherry (Mike) Randolph, Glenda (Mark) Fulmer; nephews, Ronnie Nabors, Gary (Sandra) Nabors, Ernie (Courtney) Nabors; brothers, Copeland (Kay) Nabors, Jerry Lyn Nabors, Larry (Sandy) Nabors; and sister-in-law, Marie Nabors.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lemuel Nabors and Margie Nabors, and brother, Doyce Nabors.
