Harris Connell (Nell) Carroll, 86, of Kennedy, AL, passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at her residence. Funeral Services will be Monday, February 10, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at Dowdle Funeral Home in Millport, AL, with Bro. David Long officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services in the chapel from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Kennedy City Cemetery.

First and foremost she loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She loved her family and church. Nell was a Sunday school teacher for many years at Kennedy Church of God. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting. Her family and friends were gifted her beautiful creations.

Nell is preceded in death by her husband, Pervy Carroll; her parents, Harris and Burlie Wilson; and brother, Mack Wilson.

Nell is survived by her 3 sons, Phillip Carroll (Sherri), Rodger Carroll (Glenda), and Rickey Carroll (Patricia). Nell was blessed with 7 grandchildren, Scotty Carroll (Cassie), Josh Carroll (Ellen), Brandi Carroll Corbett (David), Suzanne Carroll Thompson, Angela Carroll Glasgow (Jeremy), Rick Carroll (Samantha), Matt Bradford; 12 great grandchildren, Kadence Carroll, Kingston Carroll, Skylar Carroll of Ashford, AL. Liam Carroll of Kennedy, Caroline and Harrison Corbett of Winfield, Christopher Bradford of Vernon, Dawson and Dusty Brock of Vernon, John Wesley Glasgow, James Harris Glasgow, and Gracie Glasgow of Vernon; 3 brothers, Brooks Wilson of Fayette, Lynn Wilson and Woody Wilson of Kennedy.

Special thanks to Alabama Hospice Care of Jasper, the many nurses who lovingly took care of her, special friend/sitter, Tammie Reynolds, and Dr. Fred Yerby.

Pallbearers will be Scotty Carroll, Josh Carroll, Matt Bradford, Jeremy Glasgow, Liam Carroll, Dawson Brock, David Corbett, and Rick Carroll.
