Margaret Nylene Estes, age 83, of Berry, died Saturday, September 13, 2014. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, September 15th at Dowdle Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Survivors include her children: Sonny Brewer, Sandra Brewer, and Missy Hildreth Gilliam; stepchildren: Jimmy Hildreth, Butch Hildreth, Kay Hildreth, Wayne Hildreth, John Hildreth, David Hildreth, and Richard Hildreth and Paul Drake; siblings: Carl and Terry Estes and 26 grandchildren.
She was married to Casey Brewer, J.C. Hildreth, and John Drake.
She lived much of her life as a resident of both Kennedy and Reform, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her parents, Orlen and Lillian Mozelle Hydrick Estes, son, Frankie Brewer and siblings, Howard, Glenn, Lillian and Jimmy Estes.
A special thanks is extended to Dr. John Warren, and his nurses Miss Beverly and Miss Kimberly, DCH Home Health and nurses Faye Beavers and Lucille Brown, Hospice of West Alabama, staff and administration. Finally, the family offers particular thanks to Dona Fay Amerson, Nylene's home caregiver.
