Obituary
Mr. Rayford MJ Aldridge, 90 of Vernon, Alabama died on Thursday, January 24, 2019, at Generations of Vernon .
Born Saturday, March 17, 1928 in Pickens County, Alabama to the late Mr. Wyman Lee Aldridge and Mrs. Maudie Elaine Conner Aldridge.
Preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Wyman and Maudie Elaine Aldridge, wife, Emma Lou Aldridge, two brothers, Charles Aldridge, Edward Lee Aldridge.
Mr. Rayford Aldridge was of Primative Baptist , he also was a Veteran and served in the Korean War.
Surviving are brother, Denzil Aldridge( Norma), sisters, Rachel Bell and Nona McKay.
A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Dowdle Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Millport, AL.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, January 25, 2019, at Dowdle Funeral Home Chapel.
Officiating will be Joe Nettles.
