Obituary
Raymon Leon Swedenburg, 75 of Ethelsville, Alabama died on Saturday, December 20, 2014, at Vinyard Court Nursing Center in Columbus, Mississippi.
Born Sunday, July 9, 1939 in Pickens County, Alabama, to the late George Washington and Dora Lee Linton Swedenburg. Leon was preceded in death by one daughter Karen and wife Pearl Maxine Pounders Swedenburg.
Surviving are son, Raymond D. Swedenburg of Columbus, MS, daughter, Pam (Randy) Guin of Columbus, MS, brothers, Otis S Swedenburg of Millport, AL and Joe Dean ( Mamie) Swedenburg of Gordo, AL, sister, Rosezella (Charlie) Keating of Millport, AL; 2 grand children; 4 great grand children.
A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday 12/23/2014 at Dowdle Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Arbor Springs cemetery in Reform.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Tuesday prior to service .
