Rebecca Dutter, 54, of Belmont, MS, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at her residence. 

Rebecca is survived by her husband, David Dutter; daughters, Angelica Jackson, Hannah Dutter, Karlee Dutter; mother, Melody Peters; sisters, Alison Butler, Amanda Otts, Tabitha Underwood; brother, Robert Towery; and 4 grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her father, Hollis H. Towery, Jr. 

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Jackson, Hunter Newcomb, Andy McCorkle, Jack Gambino, Chad Miller, and Christian Smith. 

Funeral services will be Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Dowdle Funeral Home with Bro. Brandon Sparks officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 1:00-2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will follow at Millport City Cemetery.
