Rita Blansett Trull, 61, of Kennedy Alabama passed away at her residence on February 17, 2025. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. with Bro. Gene Nabors officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services in the chapel from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Meadow Branch Cemetery.

Rita enjoyed working in the  yard  with her flowers, drinking Dr. Pepper, and spending time with her family, especially her grands and great grands. She had a huge heart for her dogs, particularly Ace.

Rita is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Trull; her parents, Ricy and Emma Mae Blansett; brother, Darrell Blansett; and grandson, Tyler Ross Coleman.

She is survived by her daughters, Clairessta Purden, Amy Purden, Misty Stripling (Dewayne), Sonya Trull (Bunk Box), Kasey Mason (Ike); sister, Sandra Blansett; grandchildren, Tiffany Stripling, Dawson Stripling (Taylor), Hunter Coleman, Ike Mason III, Toby Mason (Creek), Maci Coleman, Allison Stripling (Kyler), Sunni Mason, Olivia Townley, Dylan Stripling, Tristan Hineman, Bella Stripling; great-grandchildren, Corrissa Stowe, Harper Jane Stripling, Kinsley Mason, Khloe Mason, Hazel Lane Woods, and Paisley Ann Mason; Special friend & care taker, Erma Lou Patchen, special niece, Donna Trull; and special great niece, Ceally Trull.

Pallbearers will be Dawson Stripling, Dylan Stripling, Hunter Coleman, Toby Mason, Dewayne Stripling, Ike Mason, and Bunk Box.
