Terry Wayne Estes, 70, of Millport, Alabama passed away on 4/25/23 at DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, AL. Visitation will be Friday, April 28, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Dowdle Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Springhill Cemetery in Millport, AL.

Terry was a very caring person. He had a heart of gold and was always first to step up to offer help. He did a lot of fundraising for people in need and touched a lot of people in his life. Terry loved to hunt, fish and camp out. He enjoyed sitting around a campfire and talking about old times and telling jokes. He was the kind of person who would do without to help others. He loved to sit and talk about Jesus with his mother-in-law. Terry loved his wife and family very much. He spent his time logging, farming and raising his cows.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Mozelle and Orlen Estes, brothers Howard, Carl, Jimmy and Glen Estes, sisters Lillian and Nylene Estes. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Estes and many nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Adam Bates, Ray Estes, Jeff Criswell, Jason Criswell, Tyrone Eatmon and Duncan Camp.
