Tommye Lee Cobb, 84 died on Friday, March 3, 2017, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus, Mississippi .Mrs. Cobb was born, Sunday, June 19, 1932 to the late, Mr. Murray R. Smith and Mrs. Rosie Vaudine Davis Smith.
Preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Lloyd G. Cobb,

She was a member of Kennedy Baptist Church.

Surviving are daughters, Candy Daniels (David) and Barbie Hill (Keith); 3 grand children; Dennis Usery Jr. (Andrea), Daniel Lloyd Usery, Cody Lloyd Daniel;  4 great grand children; Anyhony, Donovan, Darrion, Dixon Usery.

A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, March 6, 2017 at Kennedy Baptist Church. Interment will be in Kennedy City Cemetery, , .

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, March 5, 2017, at Dowdle Funeral Home, .

Mrs. Cobb was a secretary at Caldwell High School, Mississippi University for Women, and Ambac Federal Credit Union. She formally attended Calvary Baptist Church, Fairview Baptist Church in Columbus MS. She was presently a member of Kennedy Baptist Church. graduate of Millport High School in 1950.Lived in Columbus for 30 years, after retiring, he moved to Kennedy Al. She loved sewing, working in her yard and Garden and most of all she loved cooking for her family.
