Tony Wayne Perkins, 53 of Reform, Alabama died on Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at Druid City Hospital in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Born Sunday, May 23, 1965 in Pickens County, Alabama to the late Harland Eugene Perkins and Mrs. Mary Jane Prescott Perkins.
He was a member of Reform Church of God.
Surviving are mother, Mary Jane Perkins, daughters, Raven Perkins, Ashley Chavis, Miranda Fowler and Tristan Grace, brothers, Charles Perkins, David Perkins, Hubert Perkins, Ed Perkins, Peter Perkins, Jimmy Perkins and Daniel Perkins, sister, Darlene Lewis; 4 grand children.
A Funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Friday, March 8, 2019 at Dowdle Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon on Friday, March 8, 2019, at Dowdle Funeral Home Chapel.
Bro. Mark Dean will be Officiating
Interment will be in Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.
