Obituary
Mrs.Vera Nell Bryant, 93 of Millport, Alabama died on Thursday, December 25, 2014, at Pickens County Medical Center in Carrollton, Alabama.
Born Sunday, June 12, 1921 in Millport, Alabama to the late William Walton and Ada Octavia Dawkins Vail. She is preceded in death by husband Manly Thomas Bryant, grandson Greg Bryant, and great grandson Robbie Walker.
Mrs. Bryant was a member of Millport Church of Christ.
Mrs. Bryant retired from United Technologies after 30 years of service. She also was an Avon salesperson, Mgr, and District Mgr for 40 years. Mrs. Bryant will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. Mrs. Nell opitimized Proverbs 31 " Her children rise up and call her Blessed!"
Surviving are sons, Coyce Ray ( Carol) Bryant of Ocala, FL and William Jeff ( Linda) Bryant of Shepardsville, KY, daughters, Ada Faye ( James) Walker of Reform, AL and Flora Nell ( James) McCool of Millport, AL; 17 grand children; 18 great grand children; 6 great great Grand children and two special grand foster Children.
A Memorial Service will be held Sunday at 2:00 PM at Millport Church Of Christ with Bro. Sonny McLellen officating with Bro. Dustin Semore assisting.
The family will be gathering at Mrs Bryant's home on hwy 96 in Millport.
