Mrs. Virginia Lou Dawkins, 74 of Millport, Alabama died on Sunday, March 13, 2016, at her Residence in Millport, Alabama.
Born Sunday, January 11, 1942 in Millport, Alabama to the late Henry A. Williams and Martha A. Lawrence Williams.
She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Church of Christ.
Surviving are sons, Russell Dawkins of Kennedy, AL, Joey Dawkins of Millport, AL and Ken Dawkins of Millport, AL, daughters, Vicki Homan of Kennedy Al, Cassie Griffin of Millport, AL and Jennie House of Collinsville, MS, brother, Fred Williams of Millport, AL, sister, Peggy Scrivner of Vernon Al. 16 grand children; 15 great grand children.
A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday at Dowdle Funeral Home located at PO Box 218 Millport, Alabama 35576. Interment will be in Christian Chapel Cemetery..
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at Dowdle Funeral Home, PO Box 218, Millport, Alabama .
