Mr. William Lowell Atkins, 74 of Millport, Alabama died on Saturday, October 15, 2016, at Generations of Vernon in Lamar, Alabama.

Born Tuesday, March 17, 1942 in Kennedy, Alabama to the late Grady and Aldie Atkins. He was the husband of Jewel Atkins.

Mr. Atkins was a member of Light House Church

Surviving are Wife, Mrs. Jewel Atkins  sons, Gary Atkins and Jeff Atkins, sister, Vicki Jo Atkins; 5 grand children; 9 great grand children.

The Funeral Services are on Monday, October 17th, 2016 at Dowdle Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm with the services promptly following.  Interment will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Millport, AL.
