William Douglass Crawford, 52 of Millport, Alabama died on Sunday, June 12, 2016, at his Residence in Millport, Alabama.
Born Thursday, June 13, 1963 in Fayette, Alabama to the late William Flavis Crawford. He worked a number of years at Dal Tile as a Kiln operator before his retirement. He enjoyed hunting and the outdoors. Bill was preceded in death by his sister, Sandy Jones.He was the husband of Donna Crawford.
Surviving are his wife, Donna Bobo Crawford, daughters, Kirsten Crawford and Cheyenne Crawford, his mother, Dorothy Boman Crawford, brother, J C Crawford, sisters, Becky Jones, Cathy Taylor and Carol Jacobs.
A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday at Kennedy Baptist Church, with Rev. Keith Martin officiating.Visitation will be Tuesday, June 14, 2016 from 6-8pm at Dowdle Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery, Vernon, AL. Body will lie-in-state from 10:00-11:00 at the church Wednesday.
Pallbearers will be Cory Jones, Jarod Beasley, Calvin Jones, Chuck Brock, Woody Woodruff, Jimmy Thomas, Buddy Smith, Ricky Johnson.
