William Stanley McAdams, 76 of Millport, Alabama died on Sunday, November 9, 2014, at Hospice of West Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Born Sunday, July 10, 1938 in Millport, Alabama, he was the son of the late William Alow and Minnie Lee Mathis McAdams.
He was a graduate of Mississippi State University and he taught Vocational Agriculture for 39 years
He was a member and former Deacon of Millport Church of Christ.
Surviving are Wife Gloria Turner McAdams daughter,
Misty (Brian)Sloan, brother, James Ronald McAdams and two grandchildren Davin McAdams Sloan and Lydia Brianne Sloan.
A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday at Dowdle Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Millport City Cemetery, Millport, AL.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, November 12, 2014, at Dowdle Funeral Home Chapel.
